At Shivdeep Travel, we understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to provide you with a hassle-free cancellation and refund process. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Hourly Packages: For hourly packages, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare.

  • Outstation Packages: For outstation packages, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare.

  • Wedding Car Rentals: For wedding car rentals, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.

  • In cases of no-show or cancellation after the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be provided.

3. Requesting a Cancellation

4. Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a refund if you have adhered to our cancellation policy and have canceled within the specified time frames.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances on our part, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund.
